Design problem:
Illustrations should capture the complex nature of grief during the period of mourning, in a simple yet sophisticated manner. The app’s users will be experiencing a wide spectrum of emotions, including depression, anger, regret, sorrow, guilt, loneliness, relief, hope, and love. The imagery must authentically reflect these feelings while ultimately conveying the empathy, care, and compassion offered through the app’s experiences and resources. All illustrations must be delivered in vector format to ensure flexibility across digital platforms.
